The motion of the plaintiff to quash the business records subpoena served on Northridge Hospital—Medical Records and Northridge Hospital—Patient Accounts seeking records of the plaintiff is GRANTED for the reasons stated in the opposition.

The parties should have resolved this without the need for court intervention as the law firms on both sides are very experienced in this area.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
