Motion to Deem Facts Admitted

The motion of plaintiff to deem admitted the Requests for Admissions (Set One) served on defendant Kyoungmok Kim is GRANTED.  The requests are DEEMED ADMITTED.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the amount requested.

The court notes that no opposition has been filed.

Case Management Conference

The court sets a 5-day jury trial for March 18, 2024, at 9 am.  The court declines to set a Mandatory Settlement Conference.

The parties are ORDERED to comply with Orange County Local Rue 317.  Any party seeking a jury trial shall post jury fees within 30 days or be deemed to have waived a jury trial.
