Plaintiffs Cindy Lucrenia Gonzalez, Jorge Gonzalez Del Rio, Arlene Gonzalez-Vargas’s Motion to Deem Facts Admitted and for Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED. The Court orders the truth of any matters specified in Plaintiffs’ Requests for Admissions, Set One, Nos. 1 through 265, be deemed admitted. Objections were waived due to the untimely responses and the subsequent responses were not as a whole in substantial compliance. (St. Mary v.
