Motion for Attorney Fees

The Court has read and considered Defendant/Cross-Complainants’ motion for attorney’s fees, the opposition, the declaration of Michael C. Murphy, and the reply.

After reading and considering the papers,  the Court finds Defendant/Cross-Complainant is the prevailing party, that the settlement agreement they successfully enforced contains an entitlement for attorney’s fees in Paragraph 8 and 19, and that the amounts requested are reasonable.  Therefore, Defendant/Cross-Complainant is awarded $10,460.12 in attorney’s fees and costs against Plaintiff.
