TENTATIVE RULING

            Defendants Rumble Riot Pictures LLC and Elliot Michael Smiths’ Motion to Compel Compliance with Deposition Subpoena and sanctions in the amount $1,350.00 as to Non-Party Alex Bretow pursuant to CCP § 2025.480 is GRANTED. Defendants are to submit the proposed order  Defendants show good cause to compel document production in relation to the deposition subpoena requests numbers 1–6. Defendants have complied with the procedural requirements of CCP § 2025.480. The Court notes no opposition from non-party Alex Bretow, or any of the other Plaintiffs, has been filed.  Alex Bretow  is ordered to produce documents specified in the deposition subpoena and pay the ordered sanctions within 30 days of service of the order.
