TENTATIVE RULING

            Plaintiff Michelle Harland’s Motion to Tax Costs is DENIED. The Court finds that the prevailing party, Defendant City of West Hollywood’s, adjusted requested fees as requested within the Opposition to the Motion to tax costs are reasonable and necessary to the litigation under CCP § 1033.5. The plaintiff does not meet her burden to show that the requested costs are unreasonable and unnecessary.

 

            Plaintiff Michelle Harland is ordered to pay Defendant City of West Hollywood $973.20 ($150.00 jury fees + $243.20 transcripts + $545 court reporter attendance) in costs as the prevailing party in the action pursuant to CCP § 1033.5. Defendant to file proposed order.
