TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff Sami Sason Manssor’s Motion to Compel Compliance with Deposition of Non-Party George Eshaghian is GRANTED. Non-Party George Eshaghian has waived objections by not objecting prior to the initial deposition date of 12-23-24, and not appearing at the 12-23-24 deposition. Defendant Haghani and Non-Party George Eshaghian’s argument regarding defective service under CCP § 1985.3 lacks merit. Haghani and Eshaghain have failed to show Haghani and Washington LLC are consumers under CCP § 1985.3.

The Court orders the parties to pick a mutually agreeable deposition date for Non-Party George Eshaghian within 20 days of the hearing.
