Plaintiffs Arthur Marounian and Lisa Marounian (“Plaintiffs”) brought this action against Defendants Surveying & Drafting Services, Inc. (“Surveying”), Ofer Shapira (“Shapira”), The J. Alexander Company, Inc. (“J. Alexander”), and Showtime Construction Engineering, PC (“Showtime”) alleging defects related to remodeling work performed at a property owned by Plaintiffs. Surveying and Shapira (collectively “S&D”) filed a Cross-Complaint against J. Alexander and Showtime. The parties have previously represented this action has been fully resolved by way of settlement, and Plaintiffs’ Complaint has been dismissed.

S&D now move to enforce their settlement with Showtime and enter judgment against it, arguing Showtime has failed to comply with the terms of their settlement. After filing the motion, S&D subsequently requested that the Court continue the hearing to January 2024 to enable S&D and Showtime to settle the issues raised in the motion. The Court grants this request and continues the hearing to January 31, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 207. S&D to give notice.
