Defendants filed a Motion to Stay Proceedings on June 28, 2024.  On September 10, 2024, Defendants filed a Notice of Stay of Proceedings due to the filing of a bankruptcy petition by Defendant Alliance Co Pack, LLC.  No opposition was filed to the Motion to Stay.

This matter is stayed pending the bankruptcy proceedings of Defendant Alliance Co Pack, LLC.  A Status Conference re Bankruptcy Proceedings is set for April

16, 2025 at 8:30 am. 

A joint Status Report shall be filed by the parties informing the Court of the status of the Bankruptcy Proceedings at least seven (7) Court days prior to the Status Conference.  If the Court is informed that the Bankruptcy has not yet been resolved by that time, the Court may not require the parties to appear but may instead set a second Status Conference. 

Should the Bankruptcy Proceedings be resolved prior to the scheduled Status Conference re Bankruptcy Proceedings, the parties are ordered to so notify the Court within five Court days of the date of said resolution.
