Court on its own motion hereby continues the hearing on the Motion for Summary
judgment or, in the Alternative, Summary Adjudication of Issues (the “Motion”)
from April 25, 2024 to June 7, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 56 in the
Stanley Mosk Courthouse of the above-entitled Court Plaintiff Claudia Raya and Defendant City of
Hawaiian Gardens are ordered to file and serve supplemental briefs of not more
than five pages each, only addressing the effect, if any, on the Motion of
Muldrow v. City of St. Louis, Missouri (U.S., Apr. 17, 2024, No. 22-193)
2024 WL 1642826, as follows:
