Plaintiffs Mosanthony Wilson and Nancy Urschel's Motion to Compel Further Responses is granted in part.

The Court overrules Plaintiffs' objections to Defendant's late-filed Notice of Lodgment. However, the Court seeks to hear from the parties as to the discovery items Plaintiffs claim are still in dispute, such as the Excel files and/or Quickbook reports relating to client payments.

The Court finds monetary sanctions are appropriate for Defendant's delay in producing the responsive documents and providing supplemental responses. Consequently, Plaintiffs are awarded monetary sanctions of $6,750, to be paid within sixty (60) days.

The Court reserves its ruling on issue/evidentiary sanctions until trial.
