Plaintiff's Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement is granted.

Plaintiff has justified the one-third attorney fee award of $533,333.33 as supported by Class Counsel's identified lodestar, and the request is granted. Plaintiff is awarded costs in the amount of $14,901.80.

The Court finds this cost amount appropriate, as the notice that class members received provided an estimated Net Settlement Fund based on that amount in litigation costs.

Plaintiff is also seeking an enhancement award of $10,000 for named Plaintiff Chukwudi Aniezue and $10,000 to settle her individual claims against Defendant. These requests are also granted.

The requested payment of $250,000 to the Settlement Administrator is granted.

Class Counsel is directed to submit a revised proposed order, reflecting the awarded cost amount and distribution within five (5) court days.
