Defendants' Motion to Tax Costs is granted in part.

The Court finds that the requested costs incurred by Plaintiff for filing and motion fees are reasonable and recoverable and denies Defendants' request to tax these costs.

The Court denies Plaintiff's request to consider its belated request for $7,964.22 in costs related to service and limits its review to the originally requested $4,694.89. The Court finds the $107 charge incurred in April 2019 is not recoverable and grants Defendants' request to tax this cost. The Court denies Defendants' request to tax the other challenged costs.

The Court finds that Plaintiff is entitled to costs for technology/digital exhibits and trial presentations.

However, the Court finds that lodging and travel expenses for technology vendors is not recoverable.

Therefore, the Court grants Defendants' motion to tax these costs in the amount of $7,464.34.

The Court grants Defendants' request to tax $950 in court reporter fees incurred for the Trial Readiness Conference. However, the Court finds that the court reporter fees incurred on February 21, 2023, related to a motion in limine are ancillary costs that are recoverable. Therefore, Defendants' request to tax these costs is denied.

In sum, Plaintiff is awarded litigation costs in the amount of $175,345.77.
