Plaintiff Zuleyma Vazquez Avila's Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement is granted.

Plaintiffs have justified the attorney fee award of $133,333.33, and the request is granted. This request is one-third of the gross settlement amount and is supported by Class Counsel's identified lodestar, inclusive of a reasonable positive multiplier of 1.31. Plaintiffs are also awarded actual litigation costs of $22,507.84.

Plaintiff's requests for a class enhancement award of $7,500 for named Plaintiff and settlement administration costs of $6,850 are granted.

Finally, the Court approves the $20,000 amount to settle Plaintiff's PAGA claims and grants Plaintiff's request to pay $15,000 to the LWDA.

Pursuant to Counsels' request, a status conference is scheduled for August 16, 2024, at 9:45 a.m. to review final accounting of the distribution of settlement funds.

The Court is prepared to interlineate and sign the proposed order upon confirmation of the tentative.
