Plaintiffs Eric Ballard and Nina Ballard's Motion to Compel Further Responses to Requests for Production of Documents is granted in part.

The Court finds that Plaintiffs' Request for Production of Documents Nos. 36-59 seek relevant, discoverable information. However, the Court agrees that the time frame sought is overbroad. Therefore, the Court grants the motion to compel responsive documents from January 1, 2014 to April 8, 2022. The Court denies Plaintiffs' motion as to Request for Production of Documents No. 60 as ambiguous and overbroad. Defendant is ordered to produce supplemental documents within twenty-one (21) days.

Plaintiffs are awarded monetary sanctions of $3,220, to be paid within sixty (60) days.
