Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement is granted.

Plaintiffs have justified the attorney fee award of $454,375.52, and this request is granted. The request amount is one-third of the gross settlement amount, and the Court finds a 1.85 multiplier to Class Counsels' loadstar given the contingent nature of the case, time expended and complexity of the case.

Additionally, Plaintiffs granted actual costs in the amount of $17,907.30.

Plaintiffs' requests for class enhancement awards of $10,000 for named Plaintiffs Andy Dohrer, Ryan Houser, Abens Ponce and Eliot Warner and $12,500 for named Plaintiff Manuel Fimbres are approved.

Settlement administration costs of $12,000 are granted.

Finally, the Court approves the $50,000 amount to settle Plaintiff's PAGA claims, and grants payment of $37,500 to the LWDA.

Based on the request of the parties, the Court sets a status conference for September 6, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. in this Department.

The Court is prepared to sign the proposed order upon confirmation of the tentative.
