Defendants James Damask and Shannon Bitzer's Motion to Set Aside Default is continued to permit time for additional briefing.

Plaintiff objects to Defendants' failure to attach its proposed answer to the instant motion and argues that she was denied a full and fair opportunity to address and rebut the answer. The Court finds it appropriate to continue the instant motion to allow Plaintiff to present any such arguments.

The motion is continued to March 22, 2024, at 9:00a.m. in this Department.

Plaintiff may submit supplemental briefing in opposition to Defendant's reply no later than March 18, 2024. The brief is not to exceed ten (10) pages. No further response from Defendants is authorized.
