Plaintiffs' Third Motion for Reconsideration is denied.

The Court notes that there is no procedural mechanism or basis in law for Plaintiffs repeated motions for reconsideration. The claims against Defendant Deutsche Bank have been dismissed, and Plaintiffs have no further recourse in this Court to challenge that ruling. Furthermore, despite the Court's repeated explanation that a motion for reconsideration, Plaintiffs continue to rely on evidence already previously produced to the Court. The Court finds Plaintiffs continual, unsupported reconsideration filings to be frivolous motions warranting sanctions pursuant to CCP § 1008(d).

The Court grants Defendants sanctions in the amount of $2,370, to be paid within sixty (60) days.
