Plaintiff Arthur Scott's Motion to Compel Further Responses to Plaintiff's Request for Production of Documents is granted in part.

Based on Defendant's supplemental production of documents on March 26, 2024, the substantive relief sought in the instant motion is moot. However, the Court finds it appropriate to award attorney's fees given the severity of the delay in responding. As meeting and conferring is part of the discovery process, the Court denies Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees for that time. All time spent on the motion itself is reasonable and appropriate in the instant case.

Plaintiff is awarded monetary sanctions of $6,460, to be paid within forty-five (45) days.
