Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories is granted in part.

As an initial matter, the Court exercises its discretion to consider Defendants' late-filled opposition papers. Similarly, the Court exercises its discretion to consider this motion despite improper inclusion of multiple parties in a single discovery motion. For the future, the parties are advised that motions to compel further discovery must be separately filed for each type of discovery and each different party.

As to Defendant DeCamp Plumbing, Inc., the Court overrules its objections and orders supplemental responses to Special Interrogatory Nos. 5-7, 10-12, 14-17, 21-23, 28-31, 34, and 41-44. The Court sustains its objections to Special Interrogatory Nos. 8-9 in part and limits these interrogatories to disciplinary actions related to Mr. DeCamp's driving conduct. Special Interrogatory Nos. 10-12, 22-23, and 28-30 are limited to the time between Mr. DeCamp's hiring and the subject incident.

As to Defendant Tyler DeCamp, the Court overrules his objections and orders supplemental responses to Special Interrogatories Nos. 5-7, 10-17, 20-24, and 31-33. The Court sustains his objections to Special Interrogatory Nos. 8-9 in part and, as above, limits these interrogatories to disciplinary actions related to Mr. DeCamp's driving conduct. As above, Special Interrogatory Nos. 10 and 24 are limited to the time between Mr. DeCamp's hiring and the subject incident.

Supplemental responses are due within twenty-one (21) days.

Plaintiff's request for sanctions is granted in the amount of $4,310, to be paid within ninety (90) days.

Defendants' request for sanctions is denied. The Court finds that Plaintiff fulfilled his meet and confer obligations.

The minute order is the order of the Court.
