Attorney Anita Keshishyan's Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff Porfirio Covarrubias is conditionally granted. The order will be effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order on the client.

The proposed order was submitted with the moving papers indicated that Plaintiff received personal service. (ROA 13, line 3a.) However, the moving papers were actually served via USPS mail, return receipt requested. As such, the Court finds that Counsel effectively served Plaintiff by mail, and the proposed order should include a checkmark on line 3b instead of line 3a. Additionally, the Case Management Conference listed in line 7 occurred on December 1, 2023 and should be stricken from the proposed order. The Court has interlineated these changes on the proposed order and is prepared to sign it upon confirmation of the tentative.
