Defendant Atlas General Insurance Services, LLC's ('Atlas') Demurrer is overruled.

'[A] complaint ordinarily is sufficient if it alleges ultimate rather than evidentiary facts.' (Doe v. City of Los Angeles (2007) 42 Cal.4th 531, 550.) Additionally, a plaintiff 'may allege on information and belief any matters that are not within his personal knowledge, if he has information leading him to believe that the allegations are true.' (Id.) In accordance with this standard, it is sufficient for Plaintiff to allege on information and belief that she 'worked for Defendants', including Atlas, and that Atlas was a joint employer. (FAC ¶¶ 3, 12.) Atlas's request for judicial notice is denied. Decisions from other superior courts are not binding on this Court and are irrelevant to the instant motion.
