1.    Motion to be Relieved of Counsel

The motions filed by attorney Nam T. Tran from the Law Office of Nam T. Tran to be relieved as counsel of record for plaintiff Thanh Tran is GRANTED.

Moving counsel has shown that he has complied with all the requirements of the California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362 and filed all the required forms. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved as counsel is GRANTED.

Moving attorney is ORDERED to give notice to Plaintiff, and file proof of service of the court’s order as entered.

Withdrawal will be effective upon filing of proof of service of the order.
