Motion to be Relieved of Counsel of Record

Moving counsel’s motion to be relieved complies with the California Rules of Court. The motion is based on an irreparable breakdown in the attorney-client relationship. Plaintiff’s counsel has filed an opposition to the demurrer/motion to strike set for 10/27/22.

The motion of attorney Scott Talkov and Talkov Law Corp. to withdraw as attorney of record for Plaintiff Michael Kalter is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc. § 284, CRC 3.1362.)

Moving Counsel will remain as counsel of record until Moving Counsel files proof of service of the court’s signed order on Edwin Ramos.
