TENTATIVE RULING:

The Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is unopposed and Moving Attorney has stated a basis for withdrawal. The motion satisfies the notice, declaration, and proposed order requirements of Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362.

Accordingly, the Motion by Anthony Graham of Graham & Associates LLC to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Bella Terra Pharmacy LLC is GRANTED, to be effective upon counsel’s filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.
