DECISION
The motion is continued.
The parties are ordered to appear to discuss a continued hearing date.
Plaintiff is ordered to file the following items at least five court days in advance of the continued hearing date. The Court will not accept any other filings regarding this matter.
Plaintiff is ordered to execute and file a FW-100 with the following completed: (1) Item 1; (2) Item 2; (3) Items 7 through 11; and (3) signature under penalty of perjury. In addition, Plaintiff must provide a copy of her federal tax returns for 2021 and 2022. Plaintiff must also provide proof a copy of her most recent mortgage statement. The tax returns and mortgage statement may be filed under seal. Plaintiff’s attorney must submit a declaration indicating what bond companies Plaintiff’s attorney has contacted; what the bond companies required in order to post a bond in the amount required; and why his client cannot meet those requirements.
