DECISION
Plaintiff ‘s Counsel updated forms MC-052 and MC-053 to reflect the January 17, 2023 OSC hearing, the May 10, 2023 FSC, and the May 25, 2023 trial date. Plaintiff did not include the September 8, 2022 hearing on a motion to compel discovery responses. However, this hearing has only been reserved and is not yet scheduled.
Based on the foregoing, the Court finds Plaintiff’s Counsel corrected the deficiencies identified at the July 7, 2022 hearing on this motion. Counsel’s motion is granted.
Dag Law Firm, APC is ordered to serve a signed copy of this Court’s Order Granting Attorney's Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel-Civil (form MC-053) upon Plaintiff and all parties that have appeared in this case. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362, subd. (e).)
The Order will only become effective once a Proof of Service is filed with this Court evidencing service of the signed Order upon Plaintiff. (Ibid.)
Proof of service must be filed within five court days after the date of this order.
