Motion to Compel Deposition of Defendant’s Person Most Qualified
DECISION
The Court denies the motion on the muddled record presented.
Given the Court’s previous rulings on multiple motions to compel further, the Court is astonished that both counsel could not come to an agreement on this matter given that it involves the same issues as those addressed previously.
On its own motion, the Court orders that the PMQ deposition/depositions go forward within 30 days after the date of this order.
With respect to two of the categories at issue, #3 and #4, Defendant need not provide a PMQ on these topics.
The final category at issue, #5 , reads as follows: Online database entries, call histories, complaints, reports and/or notifications involving the streets, curbs, trees, lights, and/or sidewalk of any address located within the entire block, both sides, of 500 S. Acacia Ave. and 200 W. Indigo St. in city of Compton, within the past 10 years.
Defendant must produce a PMQ on these topics, except as it relates to trees, lights and sidewalks.
Moving party to provide notice.
