CROSS-COMPLAINANT SOUTHWOOD PLUMBING INC.’S MOTION THAT THE FIRST AND SECOND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ITS CROSS-COMPLAINT ARE NOT BARRED BY THE GOOD FAITH SETTLEMENT BETWEEN PLAINTIFF, T.N.L. CONSTRUCTION, INC., TOMER LEVI AND OTHERS

The motion is granted.

In their opposition, Defendants do not dispute that the causes of action at issue fall outside the bar of CCP Section 877.6(c). Rather, Defendants make substantive arguments as to why the causes of action fail which fall outside the ambit of this motion.

The application for determination of good faith settlement filed on November 9, 2023 by Defendants T.N.L. Construction Inc., Meir Levi and Tomer Nahum Levi is approved. 

The Court will sign the order submitted on November 9, 2023.
