DECISION
The motion is denied with respect to Requests Nos. 27, 49, and 50.
The motion is granted with respect to Request Nos. 32, 33, 35 subject to a protective order to be agreed upon by the parties.
The motion is granted with respect to Request No. 54, but limited to 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after the incident.
The motion is granted with respect to Requests Nos. 55, 56, and 57.
To the extent that Defendant has responsive documents that it believes are privileged, Defendant must provide a privilege log.
Since the motion is granted in part and denied in part, the Court declines to impose sanctions.
