DECISION
Good cause having been shown, the motion is granted.
The current trial and FSC dates are advanced and vacated.
Trial is set for August 14, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 30.
FSC is set for July 31, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 30.
Motion cutoff date, discovery cutoff date, expert exchange date and all other dates are to comport with a trial date of August 14, 2023, except that the cutoff date for the filing of any dispositive motions shall remain based on the 5/1/2023 trial date.
The parties are ordered to mediate on 05/02/2023 as scheduled since that is one of the stated reasons as to the need for a continuances.
The parties should not anticipate any further trial continuances. The August 14, 2023 is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared and ready to proceed with trial on said date.
