On July 21, 2022, the trial was continued to June 19, 2023 after the Court granted Defendants’ Ex Parte Application to continue trial and all related dates. The hearing on the instant motion to bifurcate is also continued to June 19, 2023. The motion will be heard by the trial court on the scheduled trial date.
The Court orders that the bifurcation briefing be included in the trial binders behind Tab B along with any motions in limine filed in the case.
