DECISION

Good cause having been shown, the motion is granted.

An OSC is set for March 8, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. as follows:

 (1) OSC Re: Dismissal of R&R Deomo and Grading Corp.and ABS Shoring Inc. from the Complaint filed by Plaintiff Hermansson for Failure to File POS/Failure to Serve within the Two Year Period/Failure to Enter Default;

 (2) OSC Re: Dismissal of Steel Impression Inc. from the Cross-Complaint filed by City of Beverly Hills for Failure to Serve/Enter Default; and (3) OSC Re: Dismissal of Steel Impression Inc,  R&R Demo and Grading, and ABS Shoring, Inc. for Failure to Serve/Enter Default.

The OSC set for 7/24/23 is advanced and vacated.

The current trial and FSC dates are advanced and vacated.

Trial is set for November 6, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 30.

FSC is set for October 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 30.

Motion cutoff date, discovery cutoff date, expert exchange date and all other dates are to comport with a trial date of November 6, 2023.

To the extent that the parties wish to participate in mediation, they are ordered to do so prior to the Final Status Conference date.

The parties should not anticipate any further trial continuances. The  November 6, 2023 is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared and ready to proceed with trial on said date.
