Petition to Confirm Minor’s Compromise (Bella Modino)
DECISION
The Court finds that the proposed settlement and requested attorney’s fees are reasonable.
The petition will be granted, pending the appearance of the Guardian Ad Litem at the hearing. The Court finds good cause to excuse the presence of the minor at the hearing.
At the hearing, the Court will set an OSC Re: Proof of Receipt of Settlements Funds by Petitioner/Parent who will hold funds in trust for the minor and Request for Dismissal of the entire action.
Moving party is ordered to provide notice.
