DECISION
The motion is granted.
The Court notes as follows.
Default was entered against Defendants Jayden Hand Carwash and Adam M. Flores on June 29, 2021.
On March 3, 2022, Plaintiff failed to appear at a Final Status Conference.
On March 17, 2022, Plaintiff failed to appear at trial. The court on its own motion dismissed the action without prejudice pursuant to Code Civ. Proc. section 581 subd. (b)(3).
An OSC Re: Failure to File Default Judgment Packet and Imposition of Sanctions in the Amount of $500 for Failure to File Default Judgment Packet as Ordered is set for October 19, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.
The Default Judgment Packet must be filed at least five court days prior to the OSC.
The case will be dismissed pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.110(h) and Failure to Prosecute Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 583.420(a)(2)(A) if the packet is not filed.
Additionally, the $500 in sanctions will be imposed pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.110(h).
