Defendant Stewart Levin's motion to stay proceedings is granted. This matter is stayed pending the outcome of Plaintiff’s action, Sedaghat v. Tarzana Health and Rehabilitation Center, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC700483. 

All other hearing and conferences are advanced and vacated.

A status conference is set for August 1, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
