Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Person with a Disability, Jonathan L. Salimu-Simon
DECISION
The Court finds that the settlement and attorney’s fees requested are reasonable under the circumstances.
The petition will be granted pending the appearance of the Conservator at the hearing. The Court finds that there is good cause to excuse the presence of Mr. Salimu-Simon.
On the date of the hearing, the Court will set an OSC Re: Proof of Payment to the Conservator Pursuant to Cal. Prob. Code section 3602, subd. (b) and Dismissal.
