DECISION

The motion is granted.

A penalty in the amount of $250 is imposed on Plaintiff’s Attorney of Record pursuant to CCP Section 473(c)(1)(A). The penalty is payable to the Clerk of the Court and is due within 20 days after the date of this order.

The Court sets an OSC Re: Dismissal for Failure to File Proof of Service/TSC for April 13, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.

Rule 3.110(b)(f) the Court intends to exercise its discretion to dismiss the
action for failing to file a proof of service within two years.
