DECISION
Motion to be Relieved as Counsel - parties are ordered to appear on the date of the hearing to set a continued hearing date.
The OSC set for 12/28/2022 at 8:30 a.m. is advanced and hereby discharged.
The Court resets the Final Status Conference and Trial dates as indicated below.
Trial is set for August 21, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 30.
FSC is set for August 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 30.
Motion cutoff date, discovery cutoff date, expert exchange date and all other dates are to comport with a trial date of August 21, 2023.
To the extent that the parties wish to participate in mediation, they are ordered to do so prior to the FSC.
The parties should not anticipate any further continuances. This is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared to proceed.
With respect to the motion to be relieved filed by Plaintiff’s counsel, the parties are ordered to appear on the date of the hearing to set a continued hearing date.
The motion will be granted pending the filing and serving of an amended MC-053 correctly setting forth all future court dates.
Moving party to provide notice and to file proof of service of such notice to Plaintiff and all other parties within five court days after the date of this order.
