Motion to Continue Trial
DECISION
Good cause having been shown, the motion is granted.
The current trial and FSC dates are advanced and vacated.
Trial is set for March 8, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 30.
FSC is set for February 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in Department 30.
The motion cutoff date remains based upon the June 16, 2023 trial date, except for discovery motions and motions in limine. The cutoff date for discovery motions and motions in limine shall be based on the new trial date.
The discovery cutoff date, expert exchange date and all other dates not discussed above are to be based upon the new trial date of March 8, 2024.
To the extent that the parties wish to participate in mediation, they are ordered to do so prior to the Final Status Conference date.
The parties should not anticipate any further trial continuances. The March 8, 2024 is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared and ready to proceed with trial on said date.
