Defendants' Motion to Consolidate 

Ruling:  Motion to Consolidate is granted.

Rationale:  These two cases arise from the same motor vehicle collision and involve common questions of law and fact.  Court having considered all papers and arguments submitted, and seeing nothing filed in opposition, the Court finds that good cause appears to grant the motion.  

The Court orders the following
cases, 21STCV17687 and 22STCV23298, consolidated and assigned to Department 30
in Spring Street Courthouse for all purposes. The Court designates 21STCV17687
as the lead case.

All future documents must be filed under 21STCV17687 (ALFRED
MATHEW FOGARTY vs THERESA LYNN THOMASULO, et al.). Case numbers on all
subsequent filings should be reflected under the lead case.

ALL FUTURE
DOCUMENTS MUST BE FILED UNDER THE LEAD CASE NUMBER AND CAPTION OF THE LEAD
CASE. Case numbers on all subsequent filings should be reflected as follows:
