The parties are ordered to appear at the hearing to discuss a continued hearing date.

A corrected MC-053 must be filed at least ten court days in advance of the continued hearing date.

The MC-053 must be corrected as follows: (1) Item 6: Plaintiff’s phone number must be added; (2) Item 7(b) must be corrected to list the two OSCs set for June 30, 2023; (3) Item 7(a) must include all the specifics, date, time and place, including the full court address, including the department; (4) Item 8: must include the TSC and the details for it, such as time, date and address; and (5) Item 9: box a should be checked.    

Counsel to provide notice and to file proof of service of such notice within ten court days after the date of this order.
