DECISION 

The Court finds that the
settlement is reasonable, and based thereon, the petitions are
granted/approved, pending the appearance of the Guardians Ad Litem at the
hearing.

The Court finds good cause
to excuse the presence of the minors since the hearing is scheduled during
school hours.

At
the hearing, the Court will set an OSC Re: Proof of Deposit into Blocked
Account (as to both Minors) and Dismissal.

 The
Court also finds that request for attorney fees is reasonable.

The
remaining balance of settlement will be deposited into a blocked account as to
each minor claimant. Petitioner properly filed form MC-355 and included the
name, branch, and address of the financial institution where the money will be
deposited.

Petitioner to give notice and to file proof of service of
said notice within 5 days of order.
