DECISION
The motion is granted.
Counsel is ordered to serve a copy of the signed MC-053 on Plaintiff and to file proof of service within five court days of the date of this order.
The Court's Ruling and Attorney's relief as Counsel of
record for client is not effective until Proof of Service of the Order signed
by the Court upon the client is filed in this action. Until then, counsel continues to be counsel

Discussion
On July 1, 2022, the Hearing on Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff filed by Ivetta Avanesov / Viciti Law was continued to allow Counsel for Plaintiff to file proof of service indicating that the relevant documents have been served on Plaintiff and on the opposing party.
On July 1, 2022, Plaintiff’s counsel filed a proof of service indicating that the relevant documents have been served on Plaintiff and opposing counsel and that both Plaintiff and opposing counsel have been notified of the continued hearing date.
Accordingly, the Court grants the motion.
