Good cause having been shown, and the Court finding adequate notice to Plaintiff, the motion is granted.

The current trial and FSC dates are advanced and vacated.

Trial in this matter is set on March 25, 2024, at 8:30 am, in Department 30.

Final Status Conference is set on March 11, 2024, at 10:00 am, in Department 30.

Motion cutoff date, discovery cutoff date, expert exchange date and all other dates are to comport with a trial date of March 25, 2024.

Th parties should not anticipate any further trial continuances. The March 25, 2024 is a firm trial date and the parties should be prepared and ready to proceed with trial on said date.
