Both of these unopposed motions are granted for the reasons stated in Plaintiff’s filings.

Defendant Skweres is ordered to serve further responses without objections within 20 days after the date of this order.

Defendant Barone is ordered serve further responses without objections within 20 days after the date of this order.

The requests for sanctions are denied.

For each motion, Plaintiff seeks sanctions against defendant and Defendant’s Counsel of Record  in the amount of $1,560 (five hours of attorney time at $300 per hour plus $60 filing fee). Plaintiff seeks sanctions under Code of Civil Procedure Sections 2033.290(d) and 2031.310(h).

Section 2033.290 references requests for admission and is inapplicable here. Section 2031.310(h) references sanctions for parties who unsuccessfully oppose a motion. Here, no oppositions have been filed.  For these reasons, the requests for sanctions are denied.
