For good cause shown Defendants’ motion to continue trial and all corresponding dates is GRANTED.

The current FSC and trial dates are advanced and vacated.

Trial is set for April 8, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

The FSC is set for March 26, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.

All discovery and motion cutoff dates are to be based on the new trial date.

If Defendants are not able to reserve a summary judgment motion hearing date sufficiently in advance of trial, Defendants should file as soon as possible an ex parte asking to advance the date. 

Moving party to provide notice and to file proof of service of such notice within five court days after the date of this order..
