The intitial motion is denied for the reasons stated in Plaintiff’s opposition.
However, the parties agree that removal of the case to another county is required pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 394(a). The Court agrees.
The case is ordered transferred to the Orange County Superior Court.
The parties are ordered to appear at the hearing to discuss timing of the needed paperwork to effectuate transfer.
