In light of the fact that three motions to Quash Service of the Summons and Complaint are scheduled for May 8, 2023, the Court declines to decide upon the Demurrer with Motion to Strike at this time. The moving party is ordered to change the reservation date for the demurrer and motion to strike to a date in June 2023.  Moving party to provide notice and to file proof of service of such notice within five court days after the date of this order.
