Trial is continued to 8/26/24 at 9:30 a.m. The FSC is continued to 8/12/24 at 8:30 a.m. All fact discovery and all motion cutoff dates remain based on the 4/15/24 trial date except for the following which shall be calculated based upon the new trial date: (1) cutoff date for expert discovery; (2) cutoff date for motions regarding expert discovery; and (3) cutoff date for motions in limine.  The Court sets a status conference date for June 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss the substitution of plaintiff and mediation.  Moving party to provide notice and to file proof of service of such notice within five court days after the date of this order.
